Chinese dealer fit option for Multimedia and Navigation onto BMW's iDrive system

Chinese Tier-1 of Multimedia and Navigation module for the Chinese market

• Interface created to support BMW's 5 series (2014 to 2015)
• Rishtec Ltd was selected to provide a dedicated Optical and CAN networks software driver in partnership with Compuwise Limited.
• Our Engineers helped the Chinese customer to integrate our embedded network software driver with their high quality Chinese Navigation system including their multimedia interface into BMW's vehicle Fibre Optic controlled infotainment system.
• Rishtec's Engineers were able to create an additional CAN bus protocols that allowed flexible HMI inputs from steering wheel and iDrive control.
